If you have forgotten your password, you can have a new password assigned under "My account". Simply click on the link in the login window.
In the next step you enter your email address known to us and receive an email from us to reset the password.
Please note: Registration for the newsletter is not synonymous with your customer account. If you have no customer account with us yet and are only registered for the newsletter, you will not receive an email to reset.
Then simply log in with us as a new one. You will also find all the necessary information under "My account".
