To return your unprocessed goods within 30 days of receiving the order, please be so kind as to send back the original package at your own expense (as per our terms & conditions), including a copy of the original invoice, to the following address:
Both the customs declaration (CN22 or CN23) and the commercial invoice must be affixed to the outside of the parcel in an adhesive transparent envelope.
You will understand that we won't be able to bear any additional costs that might arise due to customs proceedings in Germany.
As soon as the parcel has reached our warehouse, we will refund the regarding amount to your original payment source.
