As long as your order has not been dispatched, you can cancel it and order again if necessary. Refunds will be issued within a few days. Please note: A refund will be made to your original payment source.
How to cancel your order:
- In the 'My Account' area, go to orders and select the order you wish to cancel.
- Click on 'Cancel order' in the order details.
- Let us know why you wish to cancel the order, then click on 'Cancel order'.
How to cancel your order if you placed it as a guest:
You can cancel your order by creating a customer account with us. Once you have signed up, you can cancel any orders in the order overview section.

Note:
If your order has already entered the shipping process, the cancellation option will no longer be available.
If you wish to cancel an order that has already been dispatched, please refuse delivery so that it will be sent back to us.
