You can change the shipping and billing address for up to 60 minutes after placing the order. If you wish to change the billing or shipping address after this time has elapsed, please contact our customer service team.
To amend or cancel your order, please contact our customer service team. If you wish to cancel an order that has already been dispatched, please refuse delivery so that it can be sent back to us.
A completed order cannot be amended. As long as your order has not entered the shipping process, you can cancel it and order again if necessary.
How to cancel your order:
- In the 'My Account' area, go to orders, and select the order you wish to cancel.
- Click on 'Cancel order' in the order details.
- Let us know why you wish to cancel the order, then click on 'Cancel order'.

You can cancel your order by creating a customer account with us. Once you have signed up, you can cancel any orders in the order overview section.

Once you have submitted your cancellation request, we will send a confirmation to the email address associated with your customer account. Unfortunately, if the order has already entered the shipping process, cancellation will no longer be possible.
Refunds will be made within a few days. Please note: Your orginal payment method will be used for this purpose.
