If you wish to change the billing or shipping address, please contact our customer service team.
To reduce the quantity of an individual item, cancel individual items or cancel your full order, please contact our customer service team. If you wish to cancel an order that has already been dispatched, please refuse delivery so that it can be sent back to us.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to add further items to a placed order, increase ordered quantities or replace a cancelled line with an item having the same price.
A shipped order cannot be amended. As long as your order has not entered the shipping process, you can cancel it and order again if necessary.
How to cancel your order:
- In the 'My Account' area, go to orders, and select the order you wish to cancel.
- Click on 'Cancel order' in the order details.
- Let us know why you wish to cancel the order, then click on 'Cancel order'.
How to cancel your order if you placed it as a guest:
You can cancel your order by creating a customer account with us. Once you have signed up, you can cancel any orders in the order overview section.
Note:
If your order has already entered the shipping process, the cancellation option will no longer be available.
Once you have submitted your cancellation request, we will send a confirmation to the email address associated with your customer account. Unfortunately, if the order has already entered the shipping process, cancellation will no longer be possible.
Refunds will be made within a few days. Please note: Your original payment method will be used for this purpose.
