Reducing returns also helps protect our environment. Should an item from our product range not meet your expectations, it can be returned as a matter of course.
To return your unprocessed goods within 30 days of receiving the order, please be so kind as to send back the original package at your own expense (as per our terms & conditions), including the original invoice, to the following address:

PLEASE NOTE:
Both the customs declaration (CN22) and the original commercial invoice in full (including all pages) must be affixed to the outside of the parcel in an adhesive transparent envelope.
If the package does not clear customs smoothly, we will refuse the package at customs and it will automatically be returned to you. You shall bear all costs incurred, as well as any necessary reshipment of the return.
As soon as the parcel has reached our warehouse, we will refund the regarding amount to your original payment source.
