Although we pay the import tax for shipping our products to Switzerland, we are not responsible for the customs clearance and customs fees. These are billed to you as the customer by our shipping service provider.
How exactly does this work?
You order and pay for your materials as usual in our shop.
Swiss Post takes your order and ships it to you via post. You will receive a tracking link via email.
After customs inspection, there are two ways you can receive the customs fee invoice.
- You will receive the bill by e-mail from Swiss Post and can conveniently pay it online.
- You receive and pay the bill directly at the front door when the package is delivered to you.
You can find more details and an explanatory video on import customs clearance here.
If you have any further questions or anything is unclear, please contact Swiss Post directly.
